To develop the supplement, we joined forces with former professional athlete Elodie Ouedraogo.
First and foremost, GOODstuff by Elodie x RainPharma contains a hefty dose of protein (the building blocks of our muscles). We chose a combination of whey protein isolate and pea protein isolate because these protein forms are absorbed fastest and the combination offers a broad amino acid profile.
To this we added vitamin C and collagen. The latter is a special protein: collagen is a building block of connective tissue in cartilage, tendons, muscles, blood vessels and skin, among others.
Manganese, in turn, helps in the proper formation of healthy connective tissue.
Finally, the RainPharma research team also added magnesium to the formula, which helps reduce fatigue and helps support fluid balance.
