Dynamic Q10

Dynamic Q10 is our dietary supplement containing 50 mg of coenzyme Q10. 

Coenzyme Q10 is partly produced by our bodies, but we also absorb it through our diet. During the Balance Program, the emphasis is on a healthy, balanced lifestyle, which includes sufficient physical activity. By burning off superfluous body fat, you can achieve a more ideal weight. Being sufficiently active and consuming enough protein promotes muscle mass. Muscle contains many more mitochondria than fat. These cells need more energy, which is why they contain higher levels of coenzyme Q10. L-carnitine, present in Mood and Dry Energy, works closely with coenzyme Q10.

Recommended dose
1 to 3 softgels per day with or after a meal
