Freshen Down
Freshen Down is a super-smart and highly effective natural foot deodorant that puts a stop to sweaty feet and unpleasant odours.

How to use
Apply to clean, dry feet, including between the toes, 2 to 3 times a day. Do not rinse off . (Wash your feet first with Skin Wash Sage or Peppermint.) Apply Freshen Down in the morning when you get up, in the afternoon when you get home and in the evening before you go to bed. Then put on clean socks. Over time you can start to reduce use, first to two applications per day and eventually to just one application per day. If you don’t really suffer from unpleasant odours, one application to clean, dry feet every morning will be enough.
Freshen Down is made using a secret combination of natural ingredients, such as witch hazel, black tea, green clay, zinc and sulphur, which respect your skin’s good bacteria while preventing and stopping odours. The powerful, natural essential oils in this formula instantly create a fresh fragrance. Do you suffer from strong odours? Try giving your feet a full, intensive treatment over the course of three days or longer: Scrub your feet with Charcoal Detox Foot Scrub every day in the shower. Wash your feet 2 to 3 times a day with Skin Wash Sage or Peppermint. Dry your feet and apply Freshen Down, including between the toes. Put on a fresh pair of socks each time and swap your shoes regularly.
