Water Relax contains five special forms of magnesium.
Recommended dose
3 tablets per day during meal
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Children and pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult a specialist before taking this supplement. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you’re using medication or if you have health problems.
Magnesium
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal psychological function.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle and nervous system function.
Ingredients
Potassium (potassium gluconate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium (magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium taurate, magnesium glycerophosphate), anti-caking agent (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), stabilisers (magnesium salts of fatty acids, stearic acid, beta-cyclodextrin), colour (iron oxide red), humectant (glycerol).
