Food supplement with melatonin, ashwagandha, GABA, magnesium, vitamin B3, B5, B6 and inositol. With plant-based sweetener.
Recommended dose 1 sachet a day just before going to bed. Dissolve in 250 ml water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and pregnant or lactating women. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you are using it while taking anticoagulants, antihypertensive medication, sedatives or other medication. Persons with hyperthyroidism or under thyroid treatment, persons with diabetes, hypoglycaemia or with other health problems, consult your doctor before taking this product.
Magnesium, vitamin B3, B5 and B6
Magnesium, vitamin B3 and B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
Vitamin B5 contributes to a normal metabolism of some neurotransmitters.
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha helps to induce sleep. Health claim currently under evaluation (Ashwagandha).
Inositol, magnesium malate, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), flavouring (lime juice powder), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate), melatonin, sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia).
