Daily Boost, together with Mighty Nine, forms the basis of our supplement program. In fact, you can consider both as one complete supplement, which you take in two parts: Daily Boost in the morning, and Mighty Nine in the evening

Daily Boost contains vitamins and minerals that help reduce fatigue (vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C & magnesium) and support normal energy-yielding metabolism (vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, B12, C, iodine, copper & magnesium).

Mental Performance & Psychological Function

Additionally, the nutrients in Daily Boost promote normal psychological function, such as learning and memory (vitamin B1, B3, B6, B8, B9, B12, C & magnesium), and mental performance (vitamin B5), keeping you sharp and balanced even in busy times.

Skin

Furthermore, Daily Boost contains various vitamins and minerals important for maintaining radiant, healthy skin. Vitamins A, B2, B3 & biotin, and minerals zinc & iodine help maintain healthy skin. Also, normal skin pigmentation is supported by the mineral copper. Lastly, the formula also includes vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation, thus supporting skin firmness.

Oxidative Stress

Finally, vitamin B2 and the minerals copper, selenium, and zinc play a role in protecting our cells against oxidative stress. This benefits not only your body but also prevents premature skin aging.

Why didn't we combine Daily Boost & Mighty Nine into 1 supplement?

Daily Boost and Mighty Nine complement each other and together form the basis of our supplement program, ensuring you get all essential nutrients. However, we chose to release Daily Boost and Mighty Nine as two separate supplements for two reasons:

• It is practically impossible to combine all nutrients from Daily Boost and Mighty Nine into one supplement. The tablet you would have to take would be so large that it would no longer be user-friendly.

• Furthermore, there is also 'competition uptake' between the ingredients of both supplements. When taking calcium - from Mighty Nine - and magnesium - from Daily Boost - at the same time, there is a high chance that one of the two will be absorbed less effectively.

Recommended dose 1 tablet per day, preferably taken in the morning at breakfast.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Children and pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult a specialist before taking this supplement. This food supplement is unsuitable for use by children under the age of 3. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you’re using medication or if you have health problems. Persons taking coumarin anticoagulants should not use this product.
