This popular dietary supplement is formulated on the basis of the newest generation of Q10: Ubiquinol. This is the activated form of the classic Ubiquinon. All recent studies show that active Q10 is much better absorbed by the body.

Q10 is present in every cell of the human body, particularly the cell mitochondria – the body’s ‘energy factories’. The brain, the eyes and sperm cells all contain high concentrations of Q10, a vitamin-like substance. Smoking, ageing and exposure to UV light can reduce the body’s store of Q10.

Recommended dose
1 to 3 softgels per day with or after a meal
