We expressly refrain from using ascorbic acid as a source of vitamin C. As its name suggests, ascorbic acid is an acid and robs the body of minerals. RainPharma products contain only buffered vitamin C, which respects the body’s natural mineral balance.

Recommended dose
1 capsule per day during a meal

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Children and pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult a specialist before taking this supplement. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you’re using medication or if you have health problems.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

orange extract (60% citrus bioflavonoids) (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), colour (yellow iron oxide).
