Mighty Nine (multimineral)

Mighty Nine, together with Daily Boost, forms the basis of our supplement program. In fact, you can consider both as one complete supplement, which you take in two parts: Daily Boost is taken in the morning, while Mighty Nine is taken in the evening.

Mighty Nine is a multimineral supplement for supporting healthy hair, strong nails, healthy teeth, and strong bones.

Hair

Mighty Nine contains zinc and selenium, both of which contribute to supporting healthy hair.

Nails

Additionally, zinc and selenium also benefit your nails. Both nutrients contribute to maintaining healthy, strong nails and thus prevent your nails from breaking or splitting.

Teeth

To support your teeth, we also added calcium and vitamin D3 to Mighty Nine. Calcium is essential for strong, healthy teeth, and vitamin D3 contributes to their maintenance.

Bones

Vitamin D and calcium in the formula of Mighty Nine also optimize the structure and strength of our bones. Calcium is a mineral essential for building and maintaining bone mass, while vitamin D supports normal calcium levels in our bodies. Furthermore, zinc, manganese, and K2 in the formula of Mighty Nine also contribute to maintaining healthy, normal bones.

Why didn't we combine Daily Boost & Mighty Nine into 1 supplement?

Daily Boost and Mighty Nine complement each other and together form the basis of our supplement program, ensuring you get all essential nutrients. However, we chose to release Daily Boost and Mighty Nine as two separate supplements for two reasons:

It is practically impossible to combine all nutrients from Daily Boost and Mighty Nine into one supplement. The tablet you would have to take would be so large that it would no longer be user-friendly.

Furthermore, there is also 'competition uptake' between the ingredients of both supplements. When taking calcium - from Mighty Nine - and magnesium - from Daily Boost - at the same time, there is a high chance that one of the two will be absorbed less effectively 

Recommended dose 1 tablet per day, in the evening during the meal

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Children and pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult a specialist before taking this supplement. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you’re using medication or if you have health problems. Persons taking coumarin anticoagulants should not use this product.
